Task 7: Final Task

Well hello there. Hope you two are re-charged and ready for the Final task! This will be BIG! So, be ready and prepared, because you will have to FIGHT for the crown :)

Every time you go to a store, there are magazines, not just fashion, but cooking, house and garden, and for movies. In every issue, no matter what the theme is, there is always an interview. The stars have to be prepared, on some occasions, they know the questions, on others, they don't. When they are asked the question, they have a a few seconds to think, then must answer. Every word they say is put in, whether its an 'Uhmm....' or a laugh, the audience reads it. I'll give you a hint.....Start reading some Q&A articles  (:

Something that you also find in magazines, is......ADS. Yes, you see them all the time, and sometimes, to a point that you wish you didn't have to see them any more. But once in a blue moon, there is that one ad that makes you stop flipping through the pages, and you admire how detailed it is, or extravagant the ad is.

If you haven't gotten it already, Task 7 is going to be split into TWO. It will all be due at the same, but you have two things you have to do, in seven days.

Part One: Cinnamongirl, Gretelcass, Rach1225, and I will be interviewing you. Because we are all over the world, and in different time zones, we won't do chat (be thankful). They will ask you questions that they make up, I won't be giving them questions. You will respond within one day. That's all the time that you have to answer our questions. Be precise, and be accurate, because you never know where your answers might show up.

Part Two: I'm going to loosen the reins, and let this be a partly free task. You MUST create an add that advertises whatever you want. You could do makeup, your Star Designs, your own outfits that you made with objects, whatever it is. The free part is how you choose what to advertise. But, like always, you MUST include a pose, the more complex, the more points you earn.

All of this is due by: October 5th, 2011 a week from today. You don't have to do those in order, in fact, if I were you, I would do the scenery first

Task 6: Dream BIG

I gave you a hint this morning, about dreaming BIG! So, are you ready for your task? :)

Task 6 is about what you see yourself doing in 10, 15, 20 years from now. Everyone has different dreams, and ideas, so now you get to show what you want to do/be! Here is what you MUST include:

~Pose
~New Makeup
~New Hairstyle
~What you want to do or be

Task 6 is due on September 16, a day before my birthday :)

Task 5: Less Is More

Hello Dollies,

School has started for me, and I'm sure for many others. This is not a reason for delayed tasks, but I will extend how long you have to complete the task.

I gave you a hint last week saying, Less Is More. Do you know what I mean by that? Well, if you don't, you're about to find out :]

On Stardoll, medoll's makeup is a way to express your creativity. Some have rainbow eyes, others have no makeup.I, myself, love putting on makeup and experementing with different makeup looks. For Task 5, you are to make your medoll completly FREE of makeup, and try to make your doll look amazing WITHOUT MAKEUP. So everyone is fair, you are NOT allowed to use Super Star hair, but you ARE allowed to use Star Point hair. Take a print screen of it in the Beauty Parlor and put the links in the comments. Please don't save it and tell the judges to look at your medoll.

The task is due August 22nd.

Task 4: Staying True To Your Roots

Models,

Yesterday, I gave you a hint about staying true to your roots. Did any of you get what I said? I even put it in Red White and Blue..the colors of my roots. Yes, thats right, Task 4 is about where your from.

Everyone is from somewhere, whether is a country or a state. Thats what your Task is. You have to create a scenery that represents where your from. If you live in the United States, you can decide if you want to do one on your STATE or just the country. But if you don't live in the United States, you MUST do one on your country.

In your scenery, there are a few things that I would like for you to include:
~Pose
~An outfit on how you think people in your country wear (If your doing Japan, you could do long dresses with socks and flip flops)
~Find a way to interpret your flag into the scenery
~Change your ENTIRE face makeup, for full effect.

You MUST complete this task by: August 12, 2011.

Task 3

Hello Models,

Ready for Task 3? Are both of you ready?

For Task 3, you are to completly change your makeup to fit...your alter ego. Yes, I said it, your alter ego. You may be a crazy girl, so your alter ego is someone who is quite, and sweet. Have your makeup fit your alter ego, and then make a scenery BASED off of that. So, like the example before, make a scenery that shows your medoll being quite, and sweet.

Since this can be confusing, post a before and after picture on TinyPic. Then put the link in your comments and describe your scenery! As always, the task is due this Friday, the 22.

Task 2

Hello Models,

On Friday, I told you a little hint. "..Because this task is going to be out of this world" Whether you understood it or not, your task is going to be out in space. Yes, space.

Now, I am postive that none of you have ever been in space, but you medoll can. When you are in space, there is no gravity, so every movement you do is slower, lighter, and gracefull. That is what I want for your medoll's to portary. Make it seem like the medoll is weighless, gracefull, and in space. As you create the scenery, have a story go along with it. Post what the story is in the comments. When people go into space, they have to wear space suits, but that is not the case for this task. Wear clothes that YOU think would go with the story for your scenery. Because there has never been any space photoshoots, yet, you will have to reliay on your imagination.

Because Stardoll has so many glitches, you MUST have a Tiny Pic or imagur. Post the link in the comments.

The due date July 15th, 2011. Anything any later than that, will NOT be accepted
